Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Amazon service I received from From Amazon Service .
I ordered a product from 9 June 2023 from amazon, And The delivery date was 16 June 2023, But unfortunately, my product has not been delivered yet. And When the product price High, To make matters worse, Amazon agents cancelled my order without my permission After 12days of my order which is unacceptable. And misused their authority when dealing with me.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience and feel that I have been mistreated by The customer agents. I expect better service from Amazon, and I hope that you can take appropriate measures to ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take corrective action to prevent similar incidents in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you.
