I bought Dell laptop from Jaipur. The Laptop cover has cracked by itself without any fall or accident, it has cracked automatically because of poor quality supplied by Dell company. i sent complaint to Dell Technologies / Dell Cares , India. They are asking me to send advance payment for repair & parts without any guarantee of satisfactory service. Dell company must replace my laptop because their product has got damaged automatically, without my fault. They are not ready to listen to me because they want to repair my laptop and make it a permanent patient of their service center. Laptop screen is attached to the cover , once the cover is taken out there is no assurance that the screen will not get affected. if they repair then it will form a vicious circle for me for repair – part replacement – service and part charges payment for ever.
