Text of Complaint by Jyoti Gupta:

Since 2 months we are facing this problem. We are not able to drop/add channels or modify the pack and tata sky representative has set the same channels in all the 3 boxes as in the primary box which is now costing us too high (Rs 2900) per month which we are not willing to pay and want to modify the pack atleqst in the primary box. Even after innumerous complaints, calls and follow ups we just get one reply to recharge the required amount. This is unfair and we don’t accept this and want to file a complaint against tatasky. Hope to get some help and support. We have been forcfully made to pay a huge amount since last 2 months which ia very wrong and unjust.
