I got a auto renewal of subscription message on 7th Jan which I cancelled in the App on 9th Jan. However they still charged me 499 rupees on 11th Jan. when I contacted customer care they mentioned I need to cancel before 48 hours and they don’t have access to refund or cancel subscription. There is no mention of this 48 hours policy either in the website or in the message they sent me. why they have to charge 48 hours before the end of subscription? They should be charging me after the subscription ends. Also they don’t provide me option to view / edit my mandate in the website. I don’t even know what payment details they hold.
I am looking for guidance on this unfair practice and get the refund back.
