I had ordered a Sony Bluetooth speaker and Sony wireless handset. I have received the order but it is incomplete. I have received the Bluetooth speaker but it is not of Sony (make) and I haven’t received the Sony wireless headset. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful. Either you collect the speaker and deliver me both the products of Sony make only or just cancel my order and pay me money. Hope you process this at the earliest. Thank you very much.
