TO THE MANAGER
Subject ; Fraud transactions while misusing my pan card *****1496p
Respected sir
I have sent an email dated 25 nov 2023 regarding the misuse of may pan card through Mobi Kwik zip wallet disbursing a loan limit of Rs 6000 without my consent
Sir for your kind information I have also called your mobikwik customer care several times and they informed me that I should take advice from mobikwik help section and raise the query there when I raise the query they REVERTED that my pan card is attached to some another account and I replied them I don’t have any any account with mobikwik zip account and then they replied I should send my kyc document which I had mailed them but sir for your information still the satioution remain same and the loan which was disbursed to the Froadsters while miss using my pan card of Rs 6000 but due to compounding of interest the out standing amount is now 25000 approx. and defiantly it is effective my cibil score and while going to the cibil report the loan which was created by the Froadsters I was able to fin the email id ot the froadster 9126536948@nocash.mobikwik.com and for your reference I’m attaching marked cibil report with This mail
I HAVE DOUT THAT THERS IS SOME PERSONS WITH IN THE ORGANIZATION WHO IS CREATING SOME PROBLEMWHILE MISSUSING MY DOCUMENTS
Sir despite giving three reminders’ you people is not responding my quire’s and with is approach this my last reminder to you so kindly respond to all my Fraud transaction which was done while misusing my pan card other vise I will move to cyber cell with police compliant with all details and kindly take my call as a serious issue as these all found effective my business and my cibil score
