Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the harassment I have faced during my recent interactions with your customer service team, as well as the ongoing issue of consistently late deliveries for my orders. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve these matters, I have encountered unprofessional behavior and a lack of support, which has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.
Over the past several orders, I have experienced significant delays in delivery, which has caused considerable inconvenience. Each time I reached out for assistance, I was met with inadequate responses and no effective solutions. This pattern of late deliveries, combined with the unsatisfactory customer service, has led to a distressing experience that I believe is unacceptable.
Furthermore, I have not received any satisfactory consumer redressal for the issues I have reported, which has only exacerbated my concerns. As a consumer, I expect fair treatment and timely assistance, and I am disappointed that Flipkart has not met these expectations.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
