Text of Complaint by Surekha Janrao:

Dear Club Mahindra Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the refund process for my cancelled booking. As a loyal customer, I had expected a much higher level of service and professionalism from a renowned company like Club Mahindra.

I cancelled my booking on 7th June, and in your confirmation email, it was clearly stated that I would receive a refund within 45 business days from the date of cancellation. More than two months have passed since then, and I am appalled by the lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my refund.

When I finally reached out for assistance, the response I received was even more disappointing. Not only was I informed that my refund would be delayed further, but I was shocked to learn that the amount I would be refunded has been reduced to 40000 after a staggering 90-day wait. This sudden change in the terms without prior notice is completely unacceptable.

This experience has left me questioning Club Mahindra’s commitment to customer satisfaction and its integrity as a company. The level of inconvenience and frustration I have endured due to this ordeal is simply unacceptable. It is clear that Club Mahindra has failed to fulfill its promise of providing timely and transparent customer service.

I urge you to rectify this situation immediately. I demand a full refund of the amount I am entitled to, as per the terms initially communicated to me. Additionally, I expect a formal apology for the inconvenience and mental distress caused by this entire episode.

If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to share my disappointing experience with Club Mahindra on various social media platforms and consumer complaint websites, in order to warn other potential customers about the company’s unethical practices.

I hope to see a swift resolution to this matter and a commitment from Club Mahindra to uphold the standards of honesty and transparency that customers expect from a renowned brand.
