This is w.r.t my conversation from my dads no., with your csrs akash chauhan, supervisor neha & Sr. supervisor aruna but unfortunately with no resolution.
My Dad(75yrs), a loyal customer of vodafone for more than 20 yrs! his plan has been changed without intimation/permission. csr is telling we sent a msg its being changed if u dont want pls msg as out. this is also not recd. also ur msg if at all sent shud have read “if u want to opt pls press in” and not d reverse. this is cheatng of loyal customers. + he is 75 yrs, had cataract operation, cant read msgs. i am compelled to change from voda to other servce providrs.
i want immediate revert of extra billed amount & continuation of old 99 monthly plan.
