Dear Amazon Customer,
My name is Mohan Rao Tirumani, and on April 22, 2023,1(Mohan) placed order number 1 on the Amazon online app for a smartphone (OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite SG). But because our phone is having a few issus, I’ve sent a request for a replacement through our app, at the time of replacement I don’t have Mobile Box so Delivery boy says that new mobile container is given to replace the old one” so given to him on 12 May 2023 Additionally, the replacement phone wasn’t functioning properly, so I returned it. At that point, I sent the old box container along with the new phone.
So both are mismatched with each other, kindly understand our problem and refund as so as possible.
