Sir/madam , Sub: Items are missing in my order : Order ID – OD121332168112826000 Ref: complaint I’d 1)IN2104012150343335598 2)IN2104012145466659912 3)IN21032907510615616485 4)IN21032907552842096404 I ordered 3packets of adult nose masks and 2packets of child masks with orderId :Order ID – OD121332168112826000 I received only 2 packets.i didn’t received the balance 3packets.its been long time I daily complaining to your Flipkart but until now I didn’t get any resolution. After daily speaking to your customer care executive they daily saying issue would be solved.until now the issue hasn’t been resolved. And they putting message the issue has been resolved. I question you how a issue would be closed with out solving customer problem.is it enough to speak to the customer and close the issue as solved. How much time you need to solve a issue. is it 1 year or 1 decade? I want either balance 3packets should be delivered or refund my money back.
