Sub: Complaint Letter bad Internet Service
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection is down from the last  3-4 month. I have made several calls on customer care and local sales representivity of meerut but no one provide the solution. As you know I am a Platinum account hold fo airtel and  doing job into Bank and most of my work is done online now a days due to covid-19  and for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day and night. This is not a professional way to run a business. (Show your actual problem and situation).
I have taken Platinum connection with monthly rental Rs. 999+GST and most of the month my unused data more than 250 GB due to bed network connection and very slow during night especially.
I have shifted from other network after seeing your advertisement on TV and Newspaper ” AISI AZADI AUR KAHAN”
Please stop this slogan and add, if you are not able to provide the services into metro location.
You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, I have to face such issues. It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
