We ordered a set of 3 sports bras for ₹999 from this brand known as STYLAR. We saw the ad of this brand on Facebook & Facebook redirected us to this website on Google. The website looked very genuine. After getting redirected we placed the order & opted for COD. We received the package why Shiprocket & we paid ₹999 to the delivery person & then took the package. After opening the package we received a pair of cheap leggings & no sports bras. Even when the order was in transit we were receiving frequent messages from Shiprocket regarding our order that it is on the way & even in their messages they had clearly mentioned that the items included in our shipment were – “Wireless Support Super Impact Resistant Sports Bra SET OF 3 – L Set 3 Black Nude Light Pink (1 Unit). The invoice that was attached on top of the package had also clearly mentioned that the package contains – “Wirelessly Support Super Impact Resistant Sports Bra SET OF 3 for Rs.999/-“. This was clearly mentioned on top of the package. There was also a number of the seller given on the invoice which is – “8882659706”. We tried contacting this number many times via many different numbers but it was busy all the time or even if we got through the call they were cutting the call from their end. This is when we realised that there was no way to contact them & we had been cheated. We even tried to contact Shiprocket but still couldn’t reach the seller.
We want you to look into this matter at the earliest & make sure that those people are caught & we receive our money back.
Please help us with this fraud. Hoping for a fast & effective response.
