I loaded money in talkcharge for their offer and use of the offer benefits like add money cashback offer and then use this money only in bill payment but from last two days not use in recharge also and always failed not only my the same problem faced every user and not an error from payment gateway but intensely they rejected bill payment order and they cheat many people.
