I am writing this with great concern and disappointment regarding the recent experience I have had with Meesho return process. My name is Shubham Gupta ,and I am a customer. On 4th June 2023, I initiated a return for the prepaid Order#850967521895 due to poor quality of the product and exchange for the Order# 614747365124 due to size issue. As per Meesho’s return/exchange policy, I followed the required steps, submitted the necessary documentation, and awaited the pick-up of the item(s) in question. To my dismay, the return was never picked up within the designated time frame, despite multiple attempts from my end to schedule the return pick-up. I have raised this concern to Consumer forum then I have been said by Meesho customer care, the pick up location that is same as the location at which product is delivered now become non serviceable. However I am able to buy the product at the same location by the same seller. I am struggling to get the product returned to get my refund. That occurred me financial loss and mental harassment.
