I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern about the abysmal experience I have encountered with PETZOO Tech, also known as petcare.in, while attempting to purchase Famina N & D pet food. The manner in which this situation has been handled is utterly disappointing and warrants immediate attention.

Despite placing an order for Famina N & D pet food through the petcare.in platform, I have not received any communication or updates about the status of my order even after a duration of two weeks. This lack of transparency and communication is highly distressing and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the company.

What is even more concerning is the false contact information provided by the company. The mobile number provided for inquiries is nonexistent, and all attempts to communicate via email and business WhatsApp have fallen on deaf ears. This blatant lack of responsiveness raises serious doubts about the legitimacy and integrity of the company’s operations.

To exacerbate matters, my efforts to report this issue to Google Ads—an avenue through which I encountered this company—have been futile. It appears that PETZOO Tech is engaging in spam-like practices, misleading potential customers and evading accountability.

I am deeply disappointed by this harrowing experience and the lack of safeguards to prevent such spamming and deceitful behavior. It is my sincere hope that the relevant authorities, including the Indian government, take appropriate measures to regulate and filter out such unscrupulous online entities, thereby safeguarding the interests of the public.

I caution others to exercise extreme caution when considering any transactions with PETZOO Tech (petcare.in). This incident highlights the necessity for consumers to be cautious and informed when dealing with online retailers.

I urge PETZOO Tech to rectify this situation immediately, by providing a clear explanation for the lack of communication and addressing the discrepancies in contact information. Failing to do so would only further erode the trust of potential customers and lead to detrimental consequences for your business’s reputation.

I expect a swift response to this complaint and a resolution to the issues outlined above. Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no option but to explore other avenues to obtain a refund for my payment and to make my negative experience known to a wider audience.
