Dear Team,
Stranger named Sudershan (mob: 9666077245) is using my address to get all the good delivered on COD. Once the goods reach my doorstep he is asking the amazon delivery person to deliver these goods some where on the roadside. Spoke to the stranger and informed him to change the address, he says he does not plan to get it changed.
We have informed Amazon customer care and they seem to take no action on this. Rather incompetent to handle this issue.
I don’t understand if the company even understand the seriousness of this issue.
