I bought two kurtas from an instagram shop called @tanscloset on 24 November 2021. I was told I will receive the products in 3-4 days but it has been 6 days plus the seller keeps making excuses and saying she is in the hospital. The page now seems fraud as it keeps uploading the same picture. I sent a message asking them to give me a tracking number or return the money if they haven’t sent my product but they refused to do that telling me they will send tracking number when they get it. After having another conversation where I had to almost threaten that person because that page is not genuine I was told that I will be sent my money by evening. I don’t think that’s going to happen because that person has now hidden their page stories and limited me on their page. It is a clear case of fraud wherein I paid Rs. 2200/- for products and I don’t think I will get my money in return. The number of the seller is: 85916 21722 (Shivam Kumar Dwivedi) which is always switched off. I have messaged on WhatsApp but there is no response. Only on Instagram it replies. I have screenshots of all the conversations I have had with this seller but cannot upload it here as there is an option of uploading only 1 image.

Hi, I have faced the same, I have also paid 2200 on 24-11-2021. The Seller is acting oversmart and over confident saying “go legal, I will see”. Lets figure how to tackle together?
Hi all, I too am in the same boat. Purchased two dresses and paid 2200 on 24-11-21. Seller is over confident and is counter threatening me saying “you can go legal, I will see”. What can we do to get back our money and stop such unscrupulous sellers?
Guess I’m just another victim of this scam. Paid for two suits (2200) and have stopped receiving replies from them now. Paid on the same mobile number but the name said Vani Mehra Shivam. Can’t connect with them on call neither on whatsapp. What can we do about it?

Closettans cheated me too in a similar way. I paid via Paytm to Shivam diwedi and the lady chatting on insta was Vani and she promised my dresses will be dispatched next week. When asked for tracking number of courier, she said she doesn’t have and maybe courier people lost it . She said she will refund my amount in 5 days but now when I ask her for it she openly laughs at me and says she will not return my money and I can keep barking and she is not scared of anyone. She challenged me to bring police or cyber crime along and she is capable to handle the police also and get away with her fraud. She has now blocked me on instagram too. It is not about the money 2200 that I paid.. It is her cold blooded way of doing fraud without any fear and challenging our legal system too that they can’t do anything to catch her . Absolutely disgusting and criminal act..
Indias cyber crime site is also rubbish thier number doesnt work and website crashes … dont know how to get the money back
Same happened with me, same story. She)/ he thugged me with 2200.same way… Excuses of being in hospital and then no response… Phone remains switched off.. But how to tackle this? It was my hard earned money.
