Vodafone is simply stopping the services on my number, i received a message to recharge for min Rs 35 to keep the services going, and within a month i get same messages, where they demand money. So i need to pay everytime even when i have the balance and im not getting the services, the vodafone service stops in my office, way back home, and rarely get the internet speed at home, making me stop using the sim at all, but since i have my aadhar card and other stuff linked with it, i simply cannot let it go. The customer care is leas bothered with this and they simply say recharge or get lost.
This is pathetic way to treat a customer.
