I had a family plan (RED Together) with three mobile nos. in Vodafone in 2019. However, Vodafone was creating multiple accounts & separate bills on the associated nos. automatically. The issue was raised in different levels but individual bills against each of the mobile no. kept on coming and the total outgoing was substantially higher than the family plan even though I advised to close the associated nos. So, I had to port my primary no. after paying all dues almost three years back.
I have ported back to Vodafone again about a year back and suddenly received a text message to pay Rs. 1884.49 against one of the associated no. with a threatening of stopping services. I have raised the issue to Nodal, appellate & customer services for early resolution which never came.
But services to my primary no. has been stopped after which I paid the full amount. But, the issue of how individual bills can be generated on associated nos. against a family plan and the extra payment I had to pay earlier and now remained unresolved.
I want my money back & the persons responsible punished.
