I am having one Airtel connection no. 9433615328. My present 149/- unlimited pack is valid till 19/4/2020. Today it is 17/4/2020, since this morning no outgoing call is passing from my phone. There was some remains balance of my earlier smart pack of amounting RS.12.79/- that also vanished. Even till yesterday that was showing. My Airtel app & and all messages showing my phone validity 19/4/2020 still now. It is surprising. Airtel customer care not lifting calls. What to do?
