My mobile no is 9566857580. The outgoing service has been stopped since today though i have enough balance in my account. How come airtel gives assurance of lifetime validity and stops services in between? Even the Court has given judgement that no service provider can stop the outgoing services, how come they stop the services. I need a clear detail regarding this issue. Its not only for my number the service has been stopped for my family members too. Either i need the outgoing service to be activated and i want my money back whatever i had before stopping the service. They are not even connecting to the support desk to ask about the issue. Kindly look over the issue and this should not happen to anyone, having balance in their account and disconnecting outgoing service is like a big cheat.
