Hi Team,
I ordered some cloth from them(Around Aug 2021), I got all damaged I returned them around September 07 2021 they got the product back and they said they will be generating a new credit bill from their side for 8,750/- if I can order anything else from them they will consider this amount like that they said, from that day I was ordered three times for that amount I didn’t got any product they use to say something mistake happened from their side so they will be solve this are the only words I always get to listen from them, in March 2022 I was found their facebook page and I wrote a review saying they are may be doing fraud, they are not returning my money back,
Today (ie, 5 may 2022) I called them and asked my my refund they said only because of my facebook review they are not releasing my refund. I will be attaching my bill from them please have a review.
I will be filling a case in consumer court for that as I already have their call records and bills as well, The words they said like nothing can change their reputation….
