Dear sir,
I have just transferred my four numbers from Airtel to Vodafone.In the first month, Vodafone’s bill came perfectly fine, but after that they increased the charge by charging from here and there and even after complaining in customer care, they don’t removed the charges, we have faced a lot of problems. Suddenly on 1st Sept, in the morning all four connections have been closed without any intimation, due to this my work suffered a lot throughout the day. My daughter’s class also could not be completed because of being online class, she could not give the exam. I want to take strict action against them and Penalty should be imposed on them.
