My Complaint Description
Hi,
I have registered with Just dial 9 month back for my business Soham Driving School . While taking the contract Just dial executive took first month payment as advance and told me if i would like to continue then only they will submit the ECS for next month onwards. I had registered Octomber and Just dial deducted Rs. 3000 through ECS on November without any information and confirmation. After calling the customer care I have been told that i have signed for 1 years contract and they can not cancel the contract and stop the ECS and no refund. Once we signed the contract whatever it is we need to pay the money for one year as per the call center executives.
I want Just dial to stop my ECS and cancel the contract because i am not satisfied with the Just dial service. From day one i registered with Just dial i did not get any business simply i am loosing money for calling.
Please do the needfull and provide the justice.
