Dear Respected Authority,
I have online ordered Redmi note 6 pro on 29th January 2019 from Paytm Mall App vide order no. 7203137162 . For same order i received used & defective redmi note 6 pro mobile for which i have placed replacement order on 1st Feb vide replacement order no. 7228494587. I got delivery of my replacement order on 11th Feb in which i received 2 pieces of stones in the place of mobile in the mobile box .
I immediately contacted Paytm Care 24*7 for assistance but they firstly lodged my complaint & told me to wait until they resolve my case. But instead of continuous request for refund,the paytm support care is not helping & only delaying & stretching lengthy my case & asking nuisance questions like take photos of stone from different angles , provide IMEI no. & so on. I have provided them all the requisites but they doesnt seem to be interested in resolving my case & providing me refund.Also please find attached the snapshots of the stone found in the mobile box.
Request you to kindly look into my grievance & help me as soon as possible.
