I have ordered one item of 499rs on 1st oct with prepaid but I haven’t got any response from the shoper except order no. After 15 days when I called them they told me the item is not in stock, so I asked for refund but he straight away refused to give the refund. Very ridiculous and bad behaviour of the customer care
