I had ordered 4 pizzas on 4th of september from Roms Pizza Vasundhara using Zomato App. I used the coupon code HOMECOMING40 , which was that I’ll get 40%off upto Rs 100 and Rs 40 cashback in paytm if I use Paytm as my payment method.My order number is 1203296853.

My total bill after Rs 100 off was around Rs 244 and I paid it upfront. First the quality of pizza was bad and it’s cold which I reported to zomato on online chat but no action was taken. Secondly I was supposed to get Rs 40 in my paytm account, so basically Zomato stole my food and my money.

I talked to multiple executives and I was assured that I’ll receive money in paytm in 1 day but it has been 4 days no money. I have also attached screenshots so you can check what I have been upto.
