Text of Complaint by Kinjal Jain:

So basically I ordered a Pizza specifying “Jain” in the cooking instruction column and to confirm I also contacted the restaurant which was unavailable at the moment and my order was accepted by them, then I called up the delivery guy to confirm whether the cooking instructions have been followed, he said confirming that the order made is a regular one and not as specified so then I tried contacting the Zomato customer care which was unavailable at the moment ultimately I spoke to the delivery guy, My only option available to resolve my concern , he (Ahmed Shaikh) asked me to cancel and that that Zomato will refund me the amount when the order was wrongly made and the restaurant is unable to make Jain. However the next day Zomato denies refunding my amount. And now they make fake promises that we tried to contact you on social media when I haven’t received a single call from their side and they are least bothered about it.
