I was staying in a hotel in hurghada with my family & i booked through booking and we enjoyed the trip so much so we decided to extend one day 1 july-2 july. So i booked through agoda’s website the extra night. at first i booked a wrong date but it was free cancellation. I rebooked online they took the money from my visa & thats it (30 june).
On the 9th of july after we’re back & the entire trip is over I found out they withdrew 6,395 egp FROM MY BANKKKKK!!!!
WHAT IS THISSS??? WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHTTTT!!!
I’ve been calling the customer service & they’re the absolute worsttttt!!!!!! And after talking with 3 people there was this man called Loai he was rude & literally wasting my time & asking for documentation & proves that are not even possible to do!!! He told me he wants a bank statement with my card number !? i called the bank & they said they cant do this. i told him its not possible & that your friend (from the customer service too) told me earlier that those documentation can not be obtained. He threw my entire case in the trash & he kept telling me how come a friend of his from the customer service told me that i cant get this documentation & he was very frustrated that another person wasn’t wasting my time like he did. I asked him for his full name which he said he’s not allowed to give to me. All these are international calls
So im thinking about taking a legal action against them, anyone faced a similar case can help us? Thank you!
