Hi,
I joined Licious as an customer support agent on 2020 February and my I’d no is DG03020, as I worked hard for 3 years in th company and I was promoted as an SME in a span on 1 year and I was forced to resign my duty as the management was changed and it was a clear thing that they just targeted a set of people and assigned unrealistic targets as they just wanted us to resign ourself so that they could not pay 2month salary in advance as per policy, however as they wished they pressurised me and get their job easily done that’s asisde, HIWEVER IT WAS PROMISED THAT MY STOCKS IN THE COMPANY WILL BE SETTLED IN A SPAN OF 6 MONTHS BUT LATER THE HR WHO PROMISED WAS ALSO BEEN REMOVED AND I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT TO HR MANAGER MIDURBHA WHO REDIRECTED ME TO THE HR OR FINANCE TEAM MR RAJ PROMISED ME HE WILL HELP IN GETTING THIS STOCKS WITHDRAWN IN ANOTHER 3 MONTHS BIT NOTHING HAPPENED, AND RECEIVED A LINK TO LOGIN AND USE STOCK OPTIONS BUT THE AMIUNT OF 89 THOUSAND + WASUDEENLY CHANGED TO 20K AND THERE IS NO ONE READY TO EXPLAIN THIS AND THERE IS NO OPTION TO PROCEED.. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 1 YEAR I LEFT THE ORGANISATION NOW AND EVERYDAY I USED TO KEEP ASKING FOR UPDATES IN GMAIL BUT THERE IS NO REVERT AND THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED TO CHECK ON THIS..
