Hello Sir/Ma’am
I Am a Paytm Postpaid Lite Customer from Several Years with Limit of 2000 rs and i am using it on a regular basis and paying my due amount on every 1st Date of Month to get better Attachment with Company and become Elite Member
My Last bill was generated on 1st of February 2023 of 1594.77 rs which i have paid on 1st February on 12:16 PM with upi payment Mode
Then on 8th of February i got notification of late fee charges of 295 for not paying an inappropriate amount of 1851.38 which i haven’t use in my past days of February and suddenly my postpaid account got blocked i can’t use any services regarding postpaid payment on paytm
I request you to resolve this concern i need my account unblocked and i will not pay this 1851.38 amount because i haven’t used that you can check my passbook of postpaid also and i need my late fees charge refund also of 295 which is deducted from my postpaid paytm limit of 2000
I need Solution and Settle my account asap
