I had 2 loans and paid two but one payment was not reflected in their app. Had shared all proof of payment including screenshots, bank statements, etc. One of the representatives called me and asked to pay which I declined, they then said they have all my info and will misuse it and shared examples of other customers’ data. They shared photos, and contact info of other clients and said they will do the same.
