I have transferred my prepaid connection to post pain on 21st July 2022 & paid 899 for a recharge/plan. Took an appointment on 22nd July 2022 by redeeming the zero cost voucher. Till date I have not received the STB, but the voucher showing on the history section, as if it gets delivered. I have raised lots of complains but all the service requested get closed without any solution and any confirmation by me. I had invested my money twice (on 18th July I had rechanged with 999 in the prepaid connection but no where it was mentioned that to get OTT access I need STB, which again bring cost. Then by the suggestion of customer care I have conveted by connection to postpaid so that I can get the STB with zero extra cost) for getting the OTT app, but it almost 10days gone I have not received the service. The worst thing is that even after raising dozens of complains & escalation mails nothing get sorted out and more over all issues gets closed unattended at all.
