It is very very frustrating and annoying situation with me in the month of Aug 2023, this is third time I am facing the issue that the delivery agent mark the status delivered on my product and the product was not delivered it to me. The same incident was happened with me for 02 products on 04 Aug 2023 and again it was happened on yesterday (I.e 26 Aug 2023). I approached the same matter with the customer care team and their ways of dealing this matter is completely pathetic and highly dissatisfied. You can verify the customer contact details with the mobile no (8800987446) how they people untrained in dealing customer inquiries. This creates a checkpoint in my mind for the future shopping with Amazon India.
If you can help me, I just want the highest escalation for this matter and would like to interact with the vendor for my area.
I don’t how how you people deal with this matter on this platform, as per my capability I will reach to the top highest level for this issue.
