On March 2019,a call came to me regarding to SBI credit card with limit 5 Lakh. That time there I had a requirement for transaction of 60000 & I agreed to take a new card.A verification call from SBI also confirmed the limit 5 lakh but when I got the credit card in my hand I found the limit is written as 25000/- . So, it could not serve my purpose but it charged 1020 rupees for service charge+ fine. If a Govt Bank like SBI act as a robber on general people what should we do?
