I missed my emi on 2nd Aug due to no sufficient balance but next day I had the balance so I decided to pay through Stashfin app. But I got the shock of my life I had been charged 3000/ + amount as bounce charges. I raise a ticket through app about my concerns to consider waiver but no reply then wrote email to grievance redressal not just once but twice been so many days no reply nothing automatically I get a message from Stashfin that the ticket has been resolved and closed. This is how they are cheating people. Fed-up of the daily increasing charges and continuous calling I somehow paid whatever they showed me dues for Aug getting no help from even the grievance redressal team. Now to my shock they have also auto debited my emi from my account as well. Openly these people are committing fraud and they think customers will not come to know. They never respond to customer complaints.
