sir I have taken 11000 loan but they charged heavy amount penalty charges they charged 47000 .how I pay I can only pay principle amount which I have taken.pls help

Sir my name is sunil Kumar senapati, I have take loan from stasfin due to financial issue I have not paid they have call me daily and harasment me .pls sir do this they have call my relatives.
