Today I got a message (SMS ) about starting of contrakt gaming service and about deduction of Rs.25 for this service from Vodafone. But this service is started by vodafone or by concerned gaming compony without my consent. Me and lot of customers have experienced this type of money grabbing trics of Vodafone-Idea ever before too. Pl.see screen shots of SMS attached bellow. I request you to take strict action against concerned and order them to refund my money dedicated and also inform me.
