Got a message , thanks for downloading Startalk , you are charged Rs 49 , few hours later same message , this time 5 Rs were cut as balance was only 9 Rs . No VAS activated on my side also I have not downloaded Startalk , which the link leads to Praytm .
Whose mischief is this , I want the money back
