I had done my first ever order using the app and facing horrible experience through it.
When placing the order, the payment page got some error and it failed however the amount got deducted from my bank account.
I contacted support over chat and they asked me to wait 7 days. Now it has been 9 days and still I haven’t received the refund.
I contacted support again today and the executive took some 20 minutes and told that my concern is forwarded to relevant team and I should again wait for 24 hours. Then what he did for 20 mins? Why it will take another 24 hours? This is harassment and ignorance of customers valuable time and patience.
I want this to be escalated for quick resolution
