Text of Complaint by Shah keya:

I am Shah Keya .I had paid ₹6000 for the booking at Drammen house,Fatehgunj, vadodara.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons , I have to cancel my booking.
While making the reservation, I carefully read on their website, that the booking amount is refundable. However, I was surprised to learn that the agent Mr.Gulab Pathan didn’t mention anything about the non-refundable criteria at the time of booking. I also asked him about the booking amount, he only mentioned that after he will register my mail ID, then only I can reserve a bed. After that he sent me the mail to proceed further. And it was mentioned to pay a min amount of Rs. 6000 for booking. Now he’s saying it’s non refundable. But As per the cancellation policy, I am entitled to a full refund. I have attached the booking confirmation Receipt and their refund policy which is on their website. I want my money back or else I have to take strict actions.
