Text of Complaint by Karan Parmar:

I’m Karan Parmar. I was a resident of STANZA LIVING TAMPERE HOUSE on a 03 month contract. User ID- 23TMPBA026 and Room no- TMP0303. I vacated stanza on JUN 28 2023 as my contract about to end and I was going home. I have provided my bank account details as well by raising ticket they are not responding to that too. My refund of Rs. 9548 is pending with them. It’s been more than 2 months now and I still haven’t received it yet. I did multiple calls to the operations team and got the same reply each time in response got the same answer that it is under process. On top it I reserved my booking one month later I did paid them Rs.6000 that too I have not received as I didn’t went later. Even the calls to stanza don’t go through much. Each time you call they say that it is under process. This is just a huge scam and fraud in the name of Terms and condition!! When we stay there, they used to start bugging us weeks before the due date for the rent on each month and even threaten to cut off facilities like wi-fi. Now when it’s their turn to pay back the refund, this is how they treat us!!! If this is how they are going to be, then I’ll be left with no choice but to take the matter to the officials! I have been patient for too long and this is just not fair!
