Text of Complaint by Prashant Gupta:

I am a working professional and iand one more my friend booked stanza living larami house, Kakkanad, kochi kerela. But before booking the salesperson Cyriac Thomas
Told us that the minimum tenure to stay is of 6 months, and i told him that i want only for 3 months, if you can talk to your higher management to do so. After some time he called someone and told us “ok we are ready to give for 3 months but you have to stay for 3 months you can’t leave before that” and both of us agreed on this condition. My check in date was 9th October 2022 and leaved on 7th January 2023(as the care taker of that property told me that if i dont leave on 7th january then next month cycle will start on 8th January and i have to pay for next month also so that’s why i leave the property on 7th January.
Now it’s more than a month i did not receive any refund security deposit (Rs. 9,372) and no one is picking up the call, i mailed on stanza living but they are denying to give the refund.
I also have the email of Cyriac Thomas as a proof attaching the same.
