I order food from Zomato from old mahavir pavbhaji and as soon I received the order I saw the pav is stale and greenish algae is surrounded to the pav then I wrote a email to Zomato support and they initiated me a refund of Rs 50 for the next order from same place , it was not acceptable to me as why would order the food from same place where I can see the food which is ordered is stale then again I replied to the mail and wrote I don’t accept this refund please give me my refund in my bank account or either Zomato credits but they didn’t give me any solution and sent the mail that once initiated refund cannot be reverted. Hence my food is also gone and even my money
