Text of Complaint by Surya Prakash Mishra:

I had ordered groceries worth Rs. 1221 on 8th April, and had received the order at around 9pm on 9th April. I had paid online. Products worth Rs. 445 were not available so the delivery boy told us that they would call us back regarding the refund.
I had ordered 2KG Chicken, and when I opened the Chicken polythene, the meat was stale and almost rotten. There was an extremely bad odour to it. I tried reaching out to the customer care number provided on the FreshTM website regarding this issue, but the number did not connect at all and only said (The Call Forwarding facility has been disabled in this number).
So I called the delivery agent the next morning as I had absolutely no other way to contact FreshTM. The delivery agent picked up after consecutively calling him for 6-7 times. He retaliated by saying that I should’ve eaten the 2KG Chicken right immediately when it was delivered. That means at late night 10pm and should not have stored it in the refrigerator. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He further gave me another number to contact regarding my issue. I tried calling that number almost 40 times now. This number rejected my calls half of the time or simply did not pick up my calls the other half. After calling the delivery agent again, he said that the guy whose number he gave must be busy in a very rude manner. So I asked him when should I call him then, and the delivery agent just said call him when he would be free and hung up the call.
I even texted FreshTM on Whatsapp and even emailed them. Absolutely zero reply from this service. The Chicken had cost me Rs. 220 per kg. It was a sheer waste of Rs. 440. Now I’m not even sure I’ll receive the rest Rs. 445 refund of the unavailable products. There is absolutely no way to lodge a complaint or contact FreshTM.
This was my first time ordering from FreshTM. I will never he ordering anything from this website again, and will make sure to request any of my relatives, friends or other people to not order anything from this service.
Did not expect to be treated this unprofessionally during these times when we are forced to order essential groceries online due to corona virus.
Groceries worth 900rs scammed from me.
Please, kindly do not ever order from FreshTM ? ? ?
