It is regret and disgusting that Vodafone play so cheaply with customers, i had requested for porting from
Vodafone postpaid to JIO newtwork due to poor and pathetic network i faced since 4 years. Process of porting
started yesterday after clearing my outstanding.But today a staff from your organisation called me posing as
JIO customer care and asked me to send a message send from his mobile no. 9844997416 as CANCEL 7204007122 to
1900 for porting completion to JIO, i sent the same to 1900 to and received a message from 1901 to myshock
that he had played with me to cancel porting to JIO. You people play so cheaply with customer is really
shameless and no words to explaining such cheap behavior from your staff. Also not able to contact your
customer care because of many options and waste of my time to blast your team for such cheap tricks. Now the
person who had called me for doing this cheap trick is switched off.
