Text of Complaint by S K Mallik:

Ordered two dishes through zamato, one dish Veg Manchurian was spoiled.. It was reported immediately and there was online chat with the customer care executive… However he denied for the refund stating they are just a facilitator and cannot help it… This is a new strategy by zamato for mot taking responsibility for both the money and services
