Text of Complaint by Sripriya:

II ordered 6 items out of which 2 items missing and 3 items spoiled.
I raised with zomoto they kept me waiting then said restaurant not picking d call and close my call without informing.
I tried to reach so many times but the executive not listened and close my call again again by saying sorry.
Sone how I reached restaurant they are apoecting d issue and asked me make complaint through zomato to refund as zomoto takes half of d amount as commission.

Register my complaint for service spoiled food and not taking d complaint properly.
