Text of Complaint by Ravi mudgal:

I have using multiconnection of airtel

I have requested for split of my  multiconnection on dt 22june 2019 through customer care they assured me that your request will be processed within 72 hours.

After 72 hours I called to customer care he told me that pls wait for 24 hours.

After waiting for one week I call to nodal officer on 29 June 2019 they assured me that your request will be processed with in 48 hours but nothing happens

Now 15 days past to my complaint but my request is still pending I am not able to see my TV for last 15 days.
